Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
🔍 What you will do:
You will ensure the efficient and transparent management of order desk operations, guaranteeing that all processes align with the Company Code of Conduct and Samsung Business Principles.
Order desk operations:
* Addressing delivery-related issues, logistics concerns, and sales problems
* Providing administrative support to the sales team (including reporting, data entry into systems, etc.)
* Handling daily logistics partner, customer, and Key Account Manager (KAM) issues
* Responding to ad-hoc requests from Sales, Finance (FI), Business Intelligence (BI), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams
Standard order process - daily operation of the order desk:
* Processing and tracking orders received by EDI or email into SAP
* Communicating with customers regularly and monitoring customer account information, and requesting updates if necessary
* Checking and updating product prices, reviewing pending orders, updating required dates, and removing discontinued products based on instructions from product managers
* Managing credit limits and discussing with the credit department
* Addressing customer complaints by directing them to the appropriate department-finance, service, or logistics
* Scheduling and tracking deliveries according to the company's sales plan and goals
Skills and Qualifications
💡 What you are bringing to the table:
* At 1-2 years of order desk or back office experience
* Native Czech/Slovak and advanced English language
* Advanced Excel skills (SAP experience is welcome)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
* Detail-oriented team player with focus on getting things done and delivering results
