Operations Coordinator

Our NN Data Science Hub team handles a lot of operations, and things are growing fast. To keep everything running smoothly, correctly, and on time, we're looking for an Operations Coordinator in Prague.

Your impact at NN
You'll join a mission focused on making sure the NN Data Science Hub runs smoothly, stays compliant, and is financially healthy. You'll be the backbone of our Centre of Excellence, handling admin, finance, procurement, and vendor processes, all in line with group policies and standards.

Your responsibilities
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of external consultants, contractors, and tech partners. Keep our vendor register up to date with contract status, renewals, and costs.
* Support all steps of the procurement process, from work orders and purchase orders to contract extensions and invoice checks.
* Occasionally coordinate requests for proposals and tenders for Data & AI tools, software, and services.
* Work with finance and procurement on budgets, timelines, and vendor evaluations. Maintain and track the Data Science Hub's operational budget.
* Support contract management and legal documents (such as data sharing agreements, intra-group agreements, consultancy contracts, AI Governance, SECA validation, and third-party due diligence).
* Keep an eye on service level agreements and service models between the centre, group, and countries.

Your skills and expierience
* ​2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to handle confidential info.
* ​Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* ​Good understanding of procurement and finance processes (orders, invoices, budgets).
* ​Familiar with enterprise systems (Workday, Proactis, PeopleSoft or similar).
* ​Know your way around contract management, vendor governance, and compliance.
* ​Experience with tenders and supplier evaluation.
