Tendering and Quotation Team Manager
Slovakia & Czechia

Schneider Electric is looking for a Tendering Team Manager to lead the tendering activities across Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multicultural tendering team, driving tendering performance, and supporting business growth through high-quality, competitive, and customer-focused offers. You will work closely with Sales, Services, Business Units, and Customer Projects & Services stakeholders to strengthen pipeline visibility, improve collaboration, and ensure strong governance, risk management, and execution discipline across the tendering perimeter.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on order growth, customer satisfaction, quality, people development, and transformation, including greater focus on services, software, sustainability, and project governance.

What will you do
* Lead and develop the tendering team across Slovakia and the Czech Republic
* Support business growth by translating strategy into strong tendering execution
* Build strong relationships with customers and partners, with special focus on strategic accounts
* Work closely with the Sales organization to develop and maintain a clear opportunity pipeline
* Drive order intake performance in line with business objectives
* Promote a strong pricing culture and ensure alignment with target pricing defined with Sales
* Ensure robust risk assessment and compliance with Solution Business Guidelines
* Foster a strong customer-focused culture across tendering and project teams
* Ensure high standards in quality, cybersecurity, ethics, and compliance in all tenders
* Deploy transformation initiatives with a lean and agile mindset, especially in pricing, software, and services
* Ensure proper deployment of customer project governance within the perimeter
* Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Segments, Business Units, Lines of Business, Services, and GCP organizations
* Ensure Services teams are involved from early opportunity stages and that service scope is included in customer offers
* Build and lead strong teams through recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and career development
What will help you succeed
* Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Strong experience in solution or services business leadership, program management, or tendering leadership
* Solid exposure to complex tenders, ideally in the energy sector
* Proven ability to lead and develop multicultural teams in a complex environment
* Strong business acumen and results orientation, including commercial, financial, risk, and opportunity management
* In-depth understanding of customer projects and/or services business, including value chain, market trends, and key success factors
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with leaders, customers, and external partners
* Confidence to lead with agility, make decisions in changing environments, and take accountability
* Fluent English; additional local language capability is a big advantage

For this Slovakia based position, the expected pay range is EUR 60.400 - EUR 90.600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (individual and/or collective). The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within Slovakia. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
