Role and Responsibilities

Objectives of this role
* Learn from Talent Acquisition Partners and support them with all administrative duties and recruiting tasks

Responsibilities
* Work within the team to create effective and targeted candidate pipelines: communicating with candidates and setting up interviews, posting jobs; preparing reports; screening CVs
* Provides functional support for recruitment tools

Education
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field

Skills and qualifications

* Typically requires a minimum 1 years of related experience
* Previous experience working as a recruitment assistant
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment software and database systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced English
* Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task
