We are looking for an Payroll & HR Admin Specialist to join our Workforce - Payroll & HR Administration team in Bucharest. We need someone with 1 to 2 years of experience, a solid foundation, and most importantly, a mindset wired for the future.

What We Are Looking For

Payroll & Technical Foundation
* 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field.
* University degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of Romanian labour legislation and tax regulations.
* Good proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

Technology & AI: This Is What Sets You Apart
* A natural curiosity for technology, AI tools, and digital solutions. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be genuinely excited about the possibilities.
* Eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools, from payroll software to automation platforms and AI-assisted solutions.

Communication & Teamwork
* Good English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with proactivity and initiative.

What You Will Learn & Do
* Master the end-to-end payroll process, from input data to salary calculations, payroll reports, and tax return submissions.
* Gain hands-on experience with multiple payroll platforms and learn to adapt quickly between systems.
* Deepen your knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and tax regulations.
* Support the preparation of HR administration documents and employee records in ReGES Online.
* Get real, hands-on exposure to AI tools and automation in payroll and actively participate in digitalization initiatives that are shaping the future of our services.
* Develop client communication skills and learn to manage priorities in a professional services environment.
