Order & Customer Support Specialist
(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest, hybrid)

YOUR responsibilities as a Order & Customer Support Specialist will include (but not limited to):
* Manage daily order intake and timely order entry for assigned customers.
* Coordinate order status and truck-splitting needs with the warehouse.
* Prepare and send order related reports (order, POD, analyses).
* Flag product inconsistencies (prices, codes, stock issues) to Sales and Planning.
* Investigate undelivered products and monitor customer returns.
* Handle quantitative complaints and process system adjustments.
* Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.

We are looking for a Order & Customer Support Specialist with the following profile:
* University degree and ideally 1 year of experience in order support /customer care
* Fluently in Romanian and English, spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Great communicator and team player.
* Curious and committed to building smart solutions.
