Sales Trainee (6-month fixed-term contract)
(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest, hybrid)

Are you passionate about retail, clients behavior, and data processing? We're looking for a proactive and curious Sales Trainee to support our Dairy, Plant-Based, and Babyfood categories in the Romanian market.
This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience in client management, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

YOUR responsibilities as a Sales Trainee will include (but not limited to):
* Build and maintain a close relationship with the Key Account Managers, field team for allocated clients and cross-functional stakeholders (order support, shopper, marketing, quality, regulatory, supply, logistic etc);
* Maintain close communication with the assistants from allocated clients;
* Complete logistic forms, listing forms, price change forms etc;
* Complete promo forms, track promotion implementation, estimate promotional cost, issue credit notes, and centralize all the details in promo planner, provide necessary details to clients for invoice registration;
* Keep promo plan updated with all requested changes;
* Support the Key Account Manager in preparing business reviews for clients and contribute to summarizing key points during meetings;
* Provide reports and analysis on ad hoc requests;
* Manage the internal process for issuing monthly discounts;
* Coordinate FG & Danone Select processes in close collaboration with field team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following profile:
* University graduate, ideally with some relevant experience (eg: internship / volunteering / involvement in projects, including academic ones)
* Proficient in computer use, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Fluent in Romanian & English, both spoken and written.
* Fast learner, team player and proactive;
* Strong communication skills, attention to details and analytical mindset;
* Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them in daily work is considered a plus;
