Shopper Activation Coordinator
(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest, hybrid)

YOUR responsibilities as a Shopper Activation Coordinator will include (but not limited to):
Monitoring Brand Execution:
* Lead and manage related campaigns from idea to implementation (own shopper activation brief, agency and field implementation and track execution; contribute to building of relevant customer in-store activation plan, provide key selling tools: activation calendar, organizing & coordinating in store actions, listing presentations, samples etc;
* Coordinates agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-full activation delivery;
* Tracks execution KPIs and provides actionable recommendations for future activations;
* contributes to defining the best link between brands and profitable channels in order to maximize growth, and provides concrete recommendations;
* Monthly in-out calendar - owner of the activation calendar for each specific brand, based on channel specifics, aligned with annual priority brands and quarterly execution priorities;
* Manage dedicated FMOT brand budget and contribute to efficient spending;
Channel Activation Strategies & Annual Plan
* Contributes to the annual activation planning process by providing channel insights and execution recommendations;
* Analyzing and understanding shopper behavior in specific channels to implement the right promotional tools;
* Analyzing, understanding, and acting according to channel specifics, channel growth potential, and channel profitability and recommends activation mechanics and tools based on channel and shopper understanding;
Activation:
* Implementation of the annual calendar per channel, at brand level;
* Defining and implementing a concrete activation tool for each growth event, aligned with shopper and channel specifics, to maximize growth;
* Tracks and evaluates post-mortem (with PRGM) to understand activation performance and learnings for the future;
* Designs and implements key execution principles (picture of success) for sales execution;
* Defines and implements engagement plans for key sales stakeholders (partners and distributors);
* Leverages cross-division power to maximize activation tools; provides concrete recommendations regarding activation of priority brands and the profitable growth agenda.
We are looking for a Shopper Activation Coordinator with the following profile:
* University degree and ideally 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Activation
* Experience in activation deployment, project execution, operational and implementation excellence;
* Customer orientation & can-do attitude;
* Comfortable working with analysis;
* Persuasive skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales proposals;
* Self motivated, believe in team work and collective efforts;
* Fluently in Romanian and English, spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
