About The Role

As a Trainee Product Specialist, you will work alongside experts in Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research to design, develop, and promote cutting-edge systematic investment strategies across multiple asset classes. You will gain hands-on experience creating detailed commercial presentations, supporting client engagement, and contributing to the development of new quantitative products.

What You Will Do

* Develop marketing materials and presentations on quantitative strategies for institutional clients.
* Collaborate with global teams across New York, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London.
* Support idea generation and market analysis to help shape innovative investment solutions.
* Manage projects including database maintenance and new product launches.
* Respond to client and sales requests with agility and precision.

What We Are Looking For

* A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of financial derivatives and markets.
* Proficiency in Python and VBA programming languages is essential.
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and client service.
