About the job:

About the Role
* Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches to current and prospective clients.
* Assist other members of the team in identifying and exploring potential new business by analysing client's financial profile and market / industry variables.
* Support Senior M&A Specialists during the end-to-end M&A deals execution, focusing on the elaboration of documents for external or internal use.
* Synthesize research information to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications.
* Develop financial models within broadly defined guidelines provided by Senior M&A Specialists.
* Support transaction execution for buy side, sell side and financing assignments.

Qualifications
* Prior M&A experience in an advisory or investment banking role; with a focus on the digital infrastructure / TMT sector, and relevant deal experience.
* Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to the client and lead to the expansion of the business.
* Ability to foster strong relationships between individuals and teams, across different geographies.
* Highly proficient in financial, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Fluency in written and oral communications skills in English language. Knowledge of other European languages beneficial though not strictly mandatory.
* Team player, motivating the juniors and actively participating in the training of the team.
