Duties & Responsibilities as a Waiter/Waitress

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
* Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
* Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set at all times
* Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions confidently
* Handle payments and operate the till accurately
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

You are friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you ensure every guest has a positive dining experience. You are reliable, well-presented, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
