About the role

The Prime Video & Studios Research Services team is looking for a Research Operations Analyst to join our operations team supporting customer-focused primary research across global markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, has a passion for research methodology, and wants to be at the intersection of research and technology.

In this role you will:

- Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data delivery
- Support panel activities: recruitment, maintenance, and engagement across global markets
- Monitor fielding progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships to keep studies on track
- Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and templates
- Contribute to AI-powered automation tools that improve research reporting and operational efficiency

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in research operations, survey programming, large multi-market quantitative studies, or market research project management
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, SPSS)
- Experience managing sampling plans, quotas, and panel operations
- Comfortable with crosstabs, data cleaning, and basic analysis
- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
- Experience conducting research on a global scale
- Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Python, Excel macros, or markdown-based workflows is a plus
- Knowledge of television and media research (e.g. concept testing, content testing, series maintenance studies)
- Proficiency in an additional language is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Swedish, or Dutch)
