HUGO BOSS UK Ltd | Cashier | Bicester

What you can expect:

* In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success
* Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk
* Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity
* Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
* Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology

Your profile:

* Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
* Willingness to constantly learn and develop
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* High cultural knowledge and awareness
