YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

* Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering great customer service

* Support and motivate the team to hit sales targets

* Keep your area organised, stocked, and visually appealing

* Help customers find the right products and create a great shopping experience

* Support stock flow and replenishment to keep shelves full

* Step up to support store leadership when needed
