About the Role
As a Sales Specialist in Direct Sales, you are responsible for actively winning service contracts via phone for all units that are currently not under a KONE service agreement. This includes both third-party equipment and KONE units that are serviced by competitors.
Your mission is to convert these units into KONE service by driving outbound sales activities, engaging with prospects, and successfully closing contracts. You will contribute directly to growth by acquiring new customers, increasing market share, and expanding within existing portfolios.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, persistence, and the ability to succeed in a highly competitive environment.

Core Responsibilities
* Proactively sell KONE service contracts via phone for all units not currently under KONE contract
* Convert competitor-serviced units, including both non-KONE and KONE equipment, into KONE service
* Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling and hot lead follow-up
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
* Drive growth within existing customers by converting externally serviced units
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce
* Conduct structured sales conversations, need analysis, and contract negotiations
* Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations to close deals efficiently
* Achieve high conversion rates through consistent follow-up and effective objection handling
* Maintain accurate customer and sales activity data in the CRM system - Salesforce
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize conversion success
* Contribute actively to achieving team sales targets and KPIs

Profile Requirements
* Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent professional experience
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in telesales, outbound sales, or direct sales environments
* Strong hunter mentality with a clear focus on winning new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* High resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment
* Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
* Confident use of MS Office applications
* Experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP preferred
* Strong written and spoken English skills
