Description du poste:

Обязанности:

1. Initiate and drive process and methodology change in how M&C operates (production, IT, commercial ways of working, legal, etc) to unlock efficiency (time, material, money)

2. Align changes with key stakeholders within M&C and cross-functionally and oversee change management (test & learn, "first 30 days", review and refine, etc)

3. Oversee "non-working" budget efficiency (IT spend, T&E, etc)

4. Manage centralized requests and surveys on ways of working for the entire M&C team

5. Timely report on progress and challenges in the day-to-day jobТребования:

Higher education, preferably economical

Strong analytical skills with holistic approach

Strong understanding end-to-end approach

Cross-functional and financial experience

Understanding of production processes will be a plus

English intermediate and above
