Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client accounts and assisting with the execution of digital media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success, optimize performance, and contribute to long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Assist in managing client accounts, building strong, professional relationships. Support the execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring results align with client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, media planning) to optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues. Help with budget management, ensuring campaigns stay within financial guidelines. Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on campaign progress and results. Identify potential areas for upsell opportunities in collaboration with senior team members. Stay informed on industry trends, new digital marketing tools, and best practices. Work alongside senior team members to develop innovative strategies that meet client needs. Qualifications 3+ of experience in digital account management or digital marketing, preferably within a media agency or similar environment. Advanced understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, DV360, AdForm is a plus, and other similar platforms. Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for clients and strategy development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and teams. A solid understanding of digital analytics, performance metrics, and how to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to ensure campaigns are achieving their objectives. Excellent written and spoken English A genuine passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the industry, staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
