What will you do?
* Coordinate daily administrative operations including scheduling, meetings, and correspondence management
* Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain organized records and perform data entry across organizational systems including ERP platforms
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Microsoft Office - intermediate level; creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support operations
* Data Management - intermediate level; organizing and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
* Appointment Scheduling Software - intermediate level; coordinating complex calendars and meetings efficiently
* Communication - developing level; delivering clear and professional correspondence across all channels
* Time Management - intermediate level; prioritizing competing requests and meeting deadlines consistently
* Contract Management - intermediate level; tracking agreements and ensuring compliance with terms
* Customer Orientation - intermediate level; responding to stakeholder needs with professionalism and care

For this Slovakia based position, the expected pay range is EUR 26.400 - EUR 39.600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (individual and/or collective). The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within Slovakia. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
