We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Activation Specialist to join our Specialized Nutrition team for the Czech & Slovak markets. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing impactful digital strategies across both pediatric and adult nutrition portfolios.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Specialized Nutrition marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing digital and multi-channel engagement (MCE) activities across brands and categories
* Develop, implement, and evaluate targeted digital marketing plans aligned with short- and long-term brand objectives
* Drive digital communication strategies across multiple categories, targeting both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers/patients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns
* Contribute to building and enhancing direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital capabilities
* Play a key role in advancing digital excellence in both pediatric and adult care segments
Requirements:
* University degree (minimum Bachelor’s level)
* Experience in digital marketing (min. 3 years)
* Strong understanding of multi-channel engagement and digital ecosystems
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills (team-work)
* Experience in healthcare environment - advantage
* Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English
