About this Position

Are you passionate about customer advisory, technical products, and working in an international environment? Join Henkel Adhesives' Technical Information Services (TIS) team and help B2B customers find the right technical solutions.

What you´ll do

* Provide consultative support and recommend the best adhesive solutions for customer applications for DACH region
* Communicate with customers via email and phone.
* Develop expertise in Henkel's adhesives portfolio through structured training.
* Collaborate with technical experts and internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and support onboarding of new colleagues.

What makes you a good fit

* Fluent German is essential for customer interactions, while English is used for internal communication
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is a must
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Technical background (chemistry, engineering, materials science) or experience with technical/B2B products is advantage
* Experience with CRM systems is advantage

Salary: EUR1,700 - EUR2,200 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
