We are currently recruiting for an HR & Store Administrator - 12 months FTC, 40hrs a week to sit within the local market team, based in our Kungsträdgården store in Stockholm. You will be reporting into the HR Business Partner, working closely with internal departments at a local level.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong interest in people operations and retail administration to play a key role in supporting both employees and store management, while gaining hands-on experience across HR, recruitment, and store administration in a dynamic retail environment.
What you will be responsible for:
* Handling recruitment process in direct communication with management: screening, arranging interviews and handling job offers and assisting in onboarding
* Preparation and maintenance of all employee paperwork e.g., contract and onboarding information, right to work checks, attendance forms, any other documents held on the employee file
* Time and Attendance - Management of all time and attendance processes, in close collaboration with store managers and payroll
* Updating of HR systems and staff records e.g., new hires, leavers, contract changes, transfers on site
* Support payroll process for staff on site
* Support the store in work environment, leadership and labor law related questions in labor law related questions on site
* Support implementation of HR projects and share relevant information to store on a regular basis.
* First point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, contract, holiday and other employee related questions.
* Ad-hoc administrative duties as required in store such as ordering stationary equipment, travel booking etc
* The position is on site at Uniqlo Kungsträdgården
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
* Studied HR or equivalent
* Experience with full cycle recruitment
* Experience in operational HR
* Good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details
* Strong communication abilities both written and oral
* Enthusiastic about working with a team as well as on their own
* Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude
* Ability to build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders
* Fluent in Swedish and in English
