* Ensure exceptional service delivery and embody our core values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
* Contribute as part of a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
* Managing and coordinating the dialy operations of the hotel laundry
* Ensuing the professional cleaning, care and preparation of guest linen, F&B linen and staff uniforms
* Supervising washing, drying, ironing, and pressing processes
* Managing linen inventory, including stock control
* Coordinating with external laundry service provider
* Act as a role model for the team

* Passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect
* Completed vocational training in hospitality or several years of experience in housekeeping/laundry operations
* Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of textile care nad hygiene standards
* Strong organisational skills, and high level of quality awarness
* Excellent communication skills
* Very good command of English (company language)
* Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment
