The Project Coordinator - Business Enablement provides focused project coordination and execution support for GIDE (global inclusion diversity equity) Effective Practices (EP) within the Business Enablement portfolio. Reporting to the Talent Cohort Director, this role supports the delivery, coordination, and tracking of EP adoption, tools, and resources, ensuring continuity, pace, and visibility following recent organizational changes.
The evolution of the priorities and the continued focus on GIDE Effective Practices require disciplined coordination and execution to sustain momentum and ensure scalable impact. As leadership responsibilities have been consolidated within a flattened Business Enablement structure, additional project coordination support is needed to maintain delivery effectiveness. This role will provide the additional operational rigor necessary to translate established priorities into consistent execution, mitigate delivery risk, and support ongoing adoption. Embedding a dedicated Project Coordinator enables clearer tracking, improved coordination, and sustained progress across interconnected initiatives.
* Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities supporting GIDE Effective Practices, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
* Availability to work on global assignments in a flexible working environment and ways of working with international stakeholders located in multiple time zones.
* Maintain project plans, status updates, and delivery artifacts to ensure clarity and transparency.
* Support coordination across Talent Cohorts, Business Enablement partners, COE partners, and other subject matter experts.
* Assist with scheduling, documentation, and readiness activities related to learning sessions, tools, and enablement resources.
* Track progress, surface risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate.
* Support aligned communications and change enablement activities related to EP adoption.
Required knowledge and experience:
* Completed upper secondary education (e.g., EFZ, vocational baccalaureate, or Matura), or equivalent
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant project coordination, project management experience with fluency in English
* Project Coordination and Delivery Support: Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives by managing plans, workflow coordination, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and clear progress updates.
* Technology-Enabled Coordination: Comfort operating in an evolving digital-first environment and leveraging collaboration tools and technology-enabled workflows.
* Stakeholder Coordination and Communication Support: Skilled at coordinating across diverse partners, facilitating alignment, and reinforcing accountability without direct authority.
* Change Enablement Support: Experience supporting adoption of new practices and tools through coordination and reinforcement.
* Foundational Understanding of Inclusion and Equity: Working knowledge of inclusion and diversity principles with sensitivity to equity and cultural context in a global environment.
