Job description
As Assistant Manager, you will support and assist the Director in achieving a store that meets company standards. You supervise your department and coordinate staff members.
As Assistant Manager, these will be your main responsibilities:
\u2022 You ensure that the objective is achieved and that procedures are followed with regard to: safety, cash desk management, administration management, health and safety.
\u2022 You monitor and respect the allocated time budgets.
\u2022 Create ideal schedules and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
\u2022 You follow the following procedures:
o Payroll and System Payroll Department (TGT)
o HR: sickness and long periods of absenteeism
o Recruitment: You anticipate, plan with low-cost initiatives
\u2022 You communicate clearly and effectively with head office, HR managers and\/or sales managers and the store in general regarding relevant follow-ups.
\u2022 You ensure a pleasant working climate and effectively manage conflicts in compliance with company standards.
\u2022 You manage the follow-up of your sales staff (Potential Program)
\u2022 Evaluate the work of your team and coach them where necessary
\u2022 You monitor after-sales service and make sure your team does too
\u2022 You ensure that deliveries and restocking are carried out on time and efficiently.
\u2022 Ensure that the store is up to date with best-sellers and current trends
\u2022 You solve problems with customers and strive for customer satisfaction

Requirements:
\u2022 At least 1 year experience in a similar position
