As an Associate R&D Specialist System Performance at Nestlé, your mission is to drive the capability of Nestlé's in-home portioned systems, such as Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto, to consistently deliver the perfect cup and user experience. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with Front End Innovation, Development and Industrialization teams. How you'll make an impact as an Associate R&D Specialist System Performance

* Driving system performance to deliver consistent cup quality and an excellent user experience across beverage systems.

* Building science-based understanding of machine, product and packaging interactions to optimize design decisions.

* Leveraging models, data analysis and digital tools to accelerate learning beyond physical testing.

* Providing clear physical explanations of system phenomena to support confident technical decisions.

* Contributing to troubleshooting, root cause analysis and commissioning support to enable successful project delivery.

* Strengthening cross-functional collaboration and competitive benchmarking to support innovation and continuous improvement.

* Bringing strong knowledge of physics, fluid mechanics and beverage system performance to solve complex technical challenges.

* Applying a science-based mindset to understand interactions between machine, product and packaging.

* Using data analysis, modelling and digital tools, including R or Python, to generate insights and guide decisions.

* Collaborating across product, packaging and machine teams with curiosity, openness and a hands-on approach.

* Communicating fluently in French and English.

* Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
