Join us as an IT Service Desk Analyst and become the first point of contact for reliable, user-focused IT support. In this role, you'll resolve technical issues, support smooth daily operations and deliver a high standard of service across the organization.

YOUR MISSION:
* Provide first-line support for incidents and service requests
* Log, prioritise, and manage tickets in the ITSM system
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues at first contact where possible
* Communicate clearly with users and provide regular updates
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow ITIL processes
WHO YOU ARE:
* 1-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk
* Strong communication and end user service skills
* Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environment
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user accounts, access, groups)
* Basic understanding of VPN connectivity and remote access support
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule (working days only)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
* English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Associate : 1180EUR - 1960EUR
Analyst: 1430EUR - 2410EUR
