Then come and join our global team as Team Architect (f/m/d) for the Open MRI Reconstruction Framework, to shape the technical vision and architecture of a modern MRI reconstruction platform and drive its long-term evolution.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

* You own the technical vision, your team's architecture roadmap, and the continuous evolution of the MR reconstruction framework within our open, digital application ecosystem.
* Together with your agile team, you define and evolve the software architecture and technology standards, drive key architectural decisions and ensure alignment with adjacent teams.
* You partner closely with product management, research collaborators, and architects from adjacent platforms to translate business and research requirements into scalable, maintainable, and future-proof technical solutions.
* You foster engineering excellence within your team by establishing architectural principles, mentoring engineers, proactively addressing technical risks, and promoting modern software engineering practices that strengthen developer productivity and ensure quality, maintainability, and extensibility of the framework.
* You enable the research community to implement new MR reconstruction solutions by designing and delivering technical trainings and knowledge sharing formats
