The Voice & Network Engineer III provides senior-level technical leadership and support for TD SYNNEX's enterprise voice and data environments. This role owns advanced troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, and project delivery across telephony (VoIP, SIP, PBX, Asterisk) and network infrastructure (switching, routing, QoS).
Networking expectations include OSPF (or equivalent dynamic routing) along with full switch configuration and wireless familiarity. Cloud calling administration across Webex and Teams is core to the role. Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing platform experience is optional but valued.
The position serves as an escalation point, mentor, and technical lead within the team, partnering with carriers and vendors to deliver projects across multiple regions, including LATAM. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus for cross-region coverage.

What You'll Do:
* Provide architecture-level support for telephony - Asterisk programming, SIP trunk design, carrier and PSTN troubleshooting, call quality analysis, and QoS for voice. (30%)
* Lead network engineering work - full switch configuration, VLAN / trunk / STP, HSRP / VRRP, OSPF (or equivalent dynamic routing), QoS for voice, and wireless support (Aruba / Meraki / Cisco WLC). (20%)
* Administer cloud calling platforms at the senior level - Webex Calling policy and dial plan, Webex Contact Center, Microsoft Teams Calling policy, and hybrid voice topology. (15%)
* Own advanced EasyVista tickets - complex hotline / call-flow builds, holiday and time-of-day routing design, and senior escalations from L1 / L2 staff. (10%)
* Coordinate with carriers and vendors; plan, deliver, and document projects, including multi-region rollouts across the Americas (US / CR / LATAM) and partner regions. (10%)
* Mentor Telecom Engineer I and II staff and serve as a senior escalation point. (5%)
* Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Devices, and video conferencing platform integrations as opportunity arises. (5%)
* Lead on-call ownership, RCA discipline, and change-management discipline. (5%)

What We're Looking For:
* 6+ years of enterprise telecom and network engineering experience.
* Advanced knowledge of telephony (PBX, VoIP, SIP) and data networking.
* Strong hands-on experience with Asterisk (or equivalent enterprise PBX), SIP trunks, and carrier coordination.
* Strong experience with network switching and routing CLI configuration, including OSPF or equivalent dynamic routing.
* Experience supporting Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and Microsoft Teams Calling at the policy and admin level.
* Experience delivering multi-region projects (Americas, LATAM, or equivalent cross-region work).
* Bilingual English / Spanish a plus for LATAM coverage.
* Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts and mentor others.

Other Education / Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, telecom, networking, or related field preferred.
* CCNA required; CCNP (Enterprise or Collaboration) preferred.
* Asterisk dCAP / dCAA or Cisco CCNP Collaboration preferred.
* Microsoft Teams Rooms or Teams Voice Engineer certification a plus.

Working Conditions:
* Remote with occasional on-site IDF / closet work as needed.
* On-call availability required as necessary.
* Professional environment.
* Some travel may be required for project delivery and site work.
