About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for Ingredients Buyer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Ingredients buyer role lies within the Procurement team and is based in our Akmerkez Office. You'll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the Ingredients Procurement Manager. Responsible for management of procurement strategy into action.

In brief, you will be responsible for
* Implement sourcing strategies for the ingredients category and execute sourcing strategies provided by Global Procurement
* Identify and drive Value Engineering projects and price initiatives within the Ingredients category
* Deliver competitive advantage to the business through the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the ingredients category.-
* Negotiate and execute contracts in line with procurement policy.
* Contribute to the AOP (budget) process
* Control costs of purchased products, provide a detailed bridge for any deviations in collaboration with Procurement Finance
* Identify and drive projects in supply sustainability, constantly search for alternative suppliers and innovations
* Support Global / Regional projects by addressing country specifics
* Continuous support to the stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide visibility

What you bring
* Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university
* Preferably 2+ years experience in Procurement, food industry is a plus.
* Negotiation & commercial experience in tendering, cost modeling, supplier selections preferably in the ingredients category
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge SAP, Ariba knowledge
* Analytical thinking capabilities and result-driven
* Agility & quick learning
* Passion for improving and proactive nature
* Communication Skills
* Effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment
