Job Description:

Your Contribution to Something Big
* Support the team in quality activities related to series production
* Assist in product quality coordination (e.g., audits and quality processes)
* Work closely with production and cross-functional teams
* Take part in quality improvement activities within ongoing projects
* Support the use of quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
* Assist the team in analyzing quality issues and identifying improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

What Distinguishes You
* 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Physics Engineering
* Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (statistical knowledge is a plus)
* Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
* Interest in quality methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IATF)
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Eager to learn, curious, and motivated to improve processes
