Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

* Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies
* Ensuring strong stakeholder, supplier management, and contract management processes
* Conducting effective supplier and pricing comparisons from multiple sources to recommend the most efficient solution
* Informing requestors about the proceeding of their request throughout the process
* Evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
* Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and supplier information

Requirements

* 2+ years of relevant work experience
* Experience in managing multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks
* Excellent command of English
* Ability to use appropriate and professional language with various stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Passion and interest in games
* Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
