Role:
Mastercard is currently seeking a Manager to join the Sustainability team to support execution of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and, in particular, environmental initiatives including our commitment to drive financial inclusion, restoring 100 million trees globally through our Priceless Planet Coalition (PPC) and deploying Carbon Calculator in EEMEA Region.

Responsibilities include supporting the following strategic priorities:

Cause Enablement and Priceless Planet Coalition
* Deployment of Priceless Planet Coalition implementation strategy with partners including workshops, impact reporting and other governance/administration functions as designed framework
* New partner onboarding and regional go-to-market requirements evaluation, including campaigns, fund raising and ongoing management
* Internal and external communications strategy/training execution to build awareness of PPC program mission and cause enablement initiatives to support partners in driving climate and community impacts
* Oversight of marketing/communications and efforts related to PPC and other cause enablement initiatives, ensuring positioning is aligned with ESG priorities and quality standards
* Cause enablement and PPC reporting and monitoring

Carbon Calculator

Work closely with regional market leads to implement Carbon calculator. This includes:
* Identifying opportunities and pipeline management
* Drive CVP co creation
* Tracking and reporting
* Supporting in the implementation of the solution
* Carbon Calculator Strategy execution

Collaborate with our Global and regional product leads to embed Carbon Calculator within relevant Mastercard assets:
* Determine market trends and product requirements
* Developing and driving regional strategy
* Develop framework that addresses both technical and commercial feasibility and viability
* Project management

Financial Inclusion
Collaborate with our Global and regional product leads to drive financial inclusion. Mastercard is committed to drive 500M people and small businesses to financial health by 2030. Leading initiatives in go to market strategy and driving optimization initiatives for financial inclusion segment.

* Excellent presentation skills
* Proven track record of project management and execution with ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives across teams
* Ability to navigate complex environments to execute tasks, address issues creatively and respond to requests in a timely manner
* Ability to communicate effectively and establish strong working relationships across functions, internal and external to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree required
* Knowledge and understanding of ESG initiatives, standards, and trends, especially those relevant to technology industry is an added advantage
