We are looking for a Part-time Working Student in Real Estate Controlling department who will support commercial topics mentioned below;
What part will you support?
* General Ledger Controlling & Closing
* Budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting and analysis
* Performance controlling
* Project Controlling: Controlling & monitoring of Investment and maintenance
* Accounting topics and financial certification
* Contract management, pricing, invoicing
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Flexible and good team player.
* Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
* Open minded and highly collaborative.
