Job Description:

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join us as an Elite & Premium Expert and contribute to something remarkable.
Your contribution to something big:
* To conduct periodic visits to Concept (Elite & Premium) dealers within the area of responsibility.
* To identify new potential concept dealers and onboard them into the system in line with regional needs and company strategies
* Monitor and analyze the commissioning (start-up) performance of concept dealers within the area of responsibility and take necessary actions to improve performance
* Ensure concept dealers within the area of responsibility operate in line with defined concept criteria and contractual requirements, maintaining consistent standards
* Support concept dealers within the area of responsibility on technical, sales-related, and similar topics, contributing to their development
* Conduct field competitor analysis and define market dynamics within the area of responsibility

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree holder
* Located in İzmir
* Minimum 2 years working experience
* Able to work actively in a team
* Have a driving license and open for travel
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Self-discipline, adaptable to mobile working model
* Self-motivated
* Ability to use of English is an asset
* Good use of MS office programs
