Buyer Support Services Specialist (Technical MRP Catalogues)

We're excited to offer an opportunity for Buyer Support Services Specialist to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team.

With you we will:

Manage the full lifecycle of Technical MRP Catalogues: creation, updates, replication, and deletion.
Validate incoming requests and resolve missing or incorrect data through rework processes.
Maintain accurate supplier-material mapping using SAP and Azure MRP WebApp.
Upload and monitor price lists, ensuring timely validity updates.
Track SLA performance and ensure high-quality, on-time contract completion.
Investigate issues, apply corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.
Communicate with Procurement, suppliers, and markets on updates and discrepancies.
Maintain reports, tracking files, and accurate process documentation.

Key requirements:

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
Experience using tools to manage data uploads, updates, reports
Good analytical skills and high attention to details
Ability to identify data issues (e.g. pricing, terms, materials) and escalate when needed
Experience working in an international environment
Good English skills : able to read, understand process instructions, and communicate daily with team members & stakeholders
Strong time management and self-management and responsibility skills
