We're excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our Legal team .

With you we will:

* Monitor and enforce adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements across business functions

* Review and validate intellectual property-related materials, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing agreements

* Maintain contract templates and ensure alignment with legal standards and business needs

* Define and track legal and compliance performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency and risk mitigation.

* Use KPIs to support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts within the legal function.

* Lead or contribute to legal and compliance process optimization initiatives

Key requirements:

* A person with university degree in the field of Law

* Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents

* Knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property law is a strong advantage

* High level of precision and attention to detail in all aspects of work

* Strong logical and analytical thinking, with excellent time management and organizational skills

* Ability to adapt quickly to change and work efficiently in dynamic environments

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Skilled in communication and teamwork, able to collaborate effectively across teams

* Confident in English on at least B1+/ B2 level
