Logistics Specialist - Kyiv, Ukraine - Office based

We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team in Kiev, Ukraine. As a Logistics Specialist you will play a vital role by managing the end-to-end logistics process. This includes handling shipments, coordinating import/export activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and country-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Physically handle incoming/outgoing goods, track shipments, and manage returns
* Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pro forma invoices)
* Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriers
* Maintain logistics records, inventory counts, and study related records
* Provide reports to management and communicate in a timely manner to relevant teams

Your Profile:

* Higher education
* Fluent Ukrainian and upper-intermediate English (B2)
* Strong Excel skills; 1C WMS knowledge is a plus
* Desirable 2+ years' experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred)
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
* Available to work on site.
