Job Description:

Responsibilities

* Good communication detailed oriented motivated, dependable.
* Process AP the invoices via Perceptive Lite and according to the Purchase Order in Oracle ERP.
* Handle month-end closing functions and Maintain Metric dashboard monthly
* Handle discrepancies with invoices versus PO.
* Act as main point of contact to the client to resolve invoice issues.
* Monthly Performance (KPIs) presentation to the customer/stakeholders
* Responsible for creating and updating corresponding SOPs in regular frequency.
* Responsible for preparing Payment Register report, holds report, analysis and follow up with the stakeholders.
* Review payment discrepancies and work closely with Payment Team to clear the discrepancies.
* Maintain Prepayment Report and Aging report work closely with the business to clear any open GRNI items as needed
* Handle Customer Service AP inquiries via OSC tools

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

* Financial analyst profile;
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting;
* Communication and accountability;
* Support the team crosstraining and act as backup as needed.
* ERP (Oracle, SAP and Perceptive Lite) knowledge.
* Teamwork
* Time Management

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
* Strong Accounts Payable background
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Associate Degree in Accounting
* Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The approximate hourly base compensation range for this position is $22 to $24 per hour. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
