Responsibilities

Join our structured 2-year rotational program designed to build future leaders. You'll complete three hands-on rotations across core banking divisions, gaining technical expertise, client exposure, and mentorship from senior bankers.

Rotation Tracks

Corporate Finance & Lending

* Structure syndicated loans and ESG facilities
* Analyze credit risk for APAC corporates
* Support client relationship management

Credit Markets & Distribution

* Support bond syndication or credit sales
* Contribute to pricing and market analysis
* Assist secondary trading activities

Investment Banking

* Assist on M&A, ECM or DCM transactions
* Work across key APAC corridors (Japan, Australia, ASEAN)

Required

Profile required

* Graduate with degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or related fields
* Sharp analytical mind: Distill complex data into actionable insights
* Effective communication skills
* Fluent English (required); Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi) advantageous
* Experience: 0-2 years (internships welcome; banking experience not essential)
* Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset
