The Event
Fast forward your career with EY NextGen Women - a global event for female students to kickstart your career within EY Parthenon. Challenge your technical abilities and showcase your individual skills during this event.
The process will be completed with a one-day workshop scheduled for the anticipated week of June 15-19.
The experience is yours to build as you will have the chance to represent Türkiye during the semi- finals in August 2026 in regional and final in September-October 2026 globally.

What we are looking for
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a field of study that demonstrates an interest in business and can be leveraged to build a career in EY Parthenon. Some examples may include (not limited to) Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance & Accounting
* Fluency in English is a must
* Passionate about Building a Better Working World, demonstrated through extra-curricular and/or community service projects
* Interested in a practical learning approach and in learning-by-doing
* Curious about new ways of working and how the use of technology can impact how businesses make decisions
* A strong team player with the ability to build quality relationships with colleagues and clients
* Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with data and ability to recognize patterns
* Being a creative thinker with a global mindset and inclusive mentality

* Be curious: Look into business strategy and corporate finance topics and trends influencing the M&A transaction world;
* Make a list of all open questions regarding your career planning that are important to you;
* Be open: Together we will think "out of the box" and question the status quo
