Job Description:

* Supporting operational monitoring and reporting of relevant business KPIs
* Assisting with short-term ad-hoc tasks, analyses, and operational special projects
* Working with company-specific (AI) tools to optimize internal processes
* Cross-functional collaboration with various LAYBELS departments
* Supporting the analysis and optimization of internal business and process workflows

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable business-related field
* Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models
* Experience with Excel
* Analytical mindset and structured, independent way of working
* Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data
* Quick comprehension skills and motivation to learn new tools and topics
