Key responsibilities in your new role

* Keep the overview: Process validation involves checking and verifying process releases for correct scenario and software type mapping
* Take responsibility: Review and validate process guidance, and organize collaborative efforts with experts to drive corrective actions
* Shape the future: Explore and prototype AI-assisted checks, such as rule-based or LLM-aided consistency checks, to increase coverage and reduce manual effort
* Teamwork is dreamwork: Collaborate with experts to perform integrity checks ensuring that processes and PLM tooling work seamlesslyWhat you'll gain:

* Practical experience with software processes in multiple use cases
* Hands-on knowledge of PLM integrations, release management, and AI-driven process automation

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, knowledge of software process frameworks like ASPICE, ISO26262, or ISO 21434 is a plus
* Skills: You are comfortable with scripting, preferably Python, and proficient with spreadsheets and basic data analysis, with experience with PLM/ALM or requirements tools like Windchill, Jira/Confluence being advantageous
* Interests: You have a curiosity about AI/ML and LLMs, ideally with experience applying AI tools to engineering or documentation tasks
* Working style: You exhibit strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and clear communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Language Skills: You are fluent in English, German is a plusPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
