About this Position

In our European HCB Sustainability Marketing team, we work at the intersection of sustainability, innovation and powerful brands that millions of consumers trust every day. As an intern, you'll help bring sustainability to life-turning complex environmental topics into compelling stories and meaningful consumer benefits.

What you´ll do

* Support the implementation of sustainability strategy for Henkel's consumer brands across Europe
* Collaborate closely with brand marketing and sales teams to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, credible and consumer-relevant claims and storytelling
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D formula and packaging to understand the environmental impact of our products, including topics like biodegradability, renewability and CO₂ footprint
* Contribute to the development of sustainable innovations, helping make our brands and products even more future-ready
* Prepare analyses, presentations and communication materials that support strategic decision-making

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's or Master's student in business administration, sustainability or a related field
* Strong passion for sustainability and consumer-facing solutions
* Fluent English language skills; German is advantegeous
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
* Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and insights
* Highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple topics in parallel
* Availability as of August 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between EUR1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
