Global Functions Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x)

Tasks:
* Interview Tools, Guides & Hiring Documentation - Support the development and maintenance of interview tools, hiring documentation, and DEIB-related materials, including communications linked to the ATS change
* Employer Brand & Internal Talent Visibility - Support employer brand activity and internal talent visibility through content creation, vacancy promotion, Smartspace updates, and engagement tracking
* Vacancy Support - Provide coordination, administration, and reporting support to recruiters during periods of high hiring demand
* NGT Support - Support NGT programmes through data tracking, process documentation, reporting, and event coordination
Qualifications:
* Studying HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or similar, with interest in talent acquisition or early careers.
* Strong written skills with attention to detail
* Well organised and confident supporting coordination, documentation, and basic data tracking using Excel or similar tools.
* Fluent English and interest in data/business applications
