Join the Global Brand Marketing team, as a Global Initiatives Intern. If you are passionate about being involved in the entire process of new product launches across the globe and giving wiiings to ideas in this area, this role is for you. You'll support the Global Brand Marketing team on various operational and project-related tasks.

We are looking for a motivated individual available to join us in June 2026 for 6-month.RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL INITATIVE SUPPORT

In this role you'll support the Global Initiative Team in driving business through implementation of the ideal portfolio in all markets. You'll support new Red Bull launches as well as other Red Bull portfolio topics for selected markets. You'll provide support in the day-to-day Initiatives work within the cross-functional team (i.e. new design, new product launches, packshots, etc.). Furthermore, you'll run requests through all process stages required.

LABEL CREATION

In this exciting role, you'll provide support with Label Tool. You'll be in the driver seat briefing our agency on artwork requests for all countries around the globe ensuring flawless assets & products in the markets.

PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS AND MARKET TRENDS

You'll assist with global assortment analyses and update global assortment overviews as the basis for business decisions. Another area of the job is monitoring consumer & market trends.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates in related studies (Bachelor/Master degree).
*
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required, German or other languages is appreciated.
*
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
*
"Can do" mentality, open and solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
*
Reliable, structured, communicative team player with willingness to learn.
*
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
*
Experience working in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign or comparable creative tools is preferred, but not required.
