Kitchen Department Internship

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Interns to join our culinary team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional restaurant environment while working alongside experienced chefs. You will learn how a modern kitchen operates, develop practical culinary skills, and become familiar with international hospitality standards.

Main Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ingredient preparation, and daily mise en place.
Support the kitchen team during lunch and dinner service.
Prepare basic dishes, garnishes, sauces, and desserts under the supervision of the chefs.
Plate dishes according to the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
Follow HACCP procedures, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
Receive, store, and organize food products while applying proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Assist with stock control and monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Continuously develop culinary techniques and gain practical knowledge of professional kitchen operations.

Duration: 3 months
Internship Allowance: €450 per month
Accommodation: Provided free of charge
Meals: Provided during the internship

Profil requis du candidat:

Candidate Profile
Student currently enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Good level of English (spoken and written).
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene is an advantage but not essential.
