Trainee, HR

Description du poste:

The HR Trainee will be part of a committed, caring and innovative HR team and will work closely with the Country HR Lead. The aim of the internship will be to provide a 360° view of HR tasks through the realization of various tasks and projects.
Only current students with a "Convention de stage" will be considered.

Your key responsibilities
* Participate in various ongoing and new HR projects
* Support the HR Country Head and HR Business Partner Operations in the recruitment process (post, screening, interview, follow-up)
* Follow-up of the local strategy on employee engagement, as well as the implementation of new initiatives
* Support and participate in employee development by ensuring the deployment of the training plan, seeking out the right training for the employees and/or setting up new in-house training courses
* Contribute to internal HR communications
* Support the team in various administrative tasks (time management, creation of contracts and/or amendments, payroll tasks)
* Be assigned to a specific project, depending on business priorities and personal interests

You bring
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in HR
* Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English
* Autonomous, creative and proactive
* Team player and willing to take initiatives
* Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
* Comfortable with IT tools, including Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel) and Canva
