Sales & Marketing Internship

Description du poste:

Provides first-class service to push the sales of a certain product. Acts as an intermediary between producers and clientele. * Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to assist the department * Provide hotel visits for clients/groups. * Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns * Perform market analysis and research on competition * Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks * Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) * Prepare promotional presentations * Help distribute marketing materials * Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems * Help organize marketing events * Assist in contract preparation * Prepare proposals and their distribution and follow up * Assist with internal promotional activities and preparation * Assist with last minute client requests * During the internship (depending of the period): market research on the leisure segment, telemarketing on Mice/corporate/government segment. * Handling internal and external telephone calls and properly follow up on these calls * Careful and accurate when processing oral or written communication/information
