Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer Intern to join our team and contribute to a major global transformation initiative: the implementation of IBM's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technologies, work alongside senior engineers, and learn how large-scale systems are designed, built, and deployed across IBM worldwide.

* Support the development and configuration of IBM's CLM application;
* Help build integrations, automation, and enhancements for a global implementation;
* Participate in system validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities;
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders across multiple countries;
* Learn modern software development practices in a real-world, large-enterprise environment;

Preferred Education

Technical Diploma

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology;

Strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and development practices

High technical curiosity, with interest in understanding how enterprise systems work end-to-end

Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams

English reading/writing skills to interact with documentation and international teammates

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar)

Understanding of core software development concepts such as APIs, data structures, debugging, and version control (Git)
