How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
O estagiário atuará no escritório de São Paulo, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipe de operações para garantir o fluxo completo de distribuição, desde a importação até a revenda no mercado da América Latina.

Principais atividades:
* Responsável por registrar e atualizar preços de clientes do Brasil e América Latina no sistema AX Dynamics 365.
* Registrar ordens de compra de clientes no sistema e mantê-las atualizadas.
* Prestar suporte administrativo e organização de documentos.
* Realizar follow-up de pedidos com clientes e com as áreas comercial e logística.
* Monitorar fluxo de pedidos: conferência de dados, entrada no sistema, liberação para faturamento e coordenação de entregas.
* Analisar estoque e coordenar prazos de entrega e atendimento ao cliente.
* Acompanhar os pedidos em um horizonte de 60 dias para otimização de processos.
* Controlar pendências e manter a comunicação com todas as áreas e clientes envolvidos.

Do you have these requirements?
* Currently studying Business related areas (Foreign trade / logistics / economy / business)
* Intermediate Office tools or Gsuite (Google workspace)
* Skills: Good communication level, know priorities, organized, listening and teamwork oriented
* Available for working hybrid: HO 1x a week + 2 HO days during the month = 6 days HO per month
